Consider giving big to our five year vision. Our short-term goal is to start DCA in the fall of 2026 in a local church building. Our 2030 dream is for DCA to have a building with facilities for extracurricular activities. We want our teachers and staff to be fairly compensated and we desire to do everything with excellence for the glory of God. Our five year vision will take millions, and our God is big and He can provide!
To reach that goal, we will likely start DCA with the elementary grades. We plan to add grades as needed.
Giving to DCA will support start-up funding to get our documentation in place, promotion to get the word out, classroom supplies, curriculum, state inspections, and countless other expenses that arise. Even with the EdChoice scholarship from the State, we still have many other expenses.
Please prayerfully consider how the Lord might be moving you to donate to start a new Christian school in Defiance. All donations will be handled with integrity by the DCA Launch Team of five individuals representing multiple churches. The state of Ohio’s Scholarship Granting Organization (SGO) tax credit authorizes donors who contribute to K-12 student scholarships through a certified SGO to receive a dollar-for-dollar reduction in their state taxes up to $750 per individual taxpayer.
